If you see “Transactions Disabled. Your address is unable to transact using Phantom,” your address is restricted from sending or swapping crypto using Phantom due to a Terms of Use violation.
Phantom cannot provide specific details about individual restrictions. You still have access to your assets by exporting your Secret Recovery Phrase and importing it into another wallet app.
Move your funds using another wallet
To transfer your funds, export your recovery phrase from Phantom and import it into another wallet app.
Warning: Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase with anyone, including Phantom support. Anyone with access to it can control your wallet.
- Open Phantom.
- Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Show Recovery Phrase.
- Import your recovery phrase into another wallet app, such as Solflare, MetaMask, Rainbow, or Backpack. For import steps, refer to that wallet’s documentation.
- Use the other wallet app to transfer your funds.
