If you see "Transactions Disabled. Your address is unable to transact using Phantom," your address has been restricted from sending or swapping crypto due to a Terms of Use violation. Phantom cannot provide specific details about individual restrictions.
You still have access to your assets. You can export your Secret Recovery Phrase and import it into another wallet app to move your funds.
Warning: Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase or private key with anyone. Anyone with access to either has full control of your wallet. Phantom Support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
- Open Phantom.
- Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Show Recovery Phrase. For detailed instructions, see View your recovery phrase or private keys in Phantom.
- Import your recovery phrase into another wallet app, such as Solflare, MetaMask, Rainbow, or Backpack. For import steps, refer to that wallet's documentation.
- Use the other wallet app to transfer your funds.
