"Transactions disabled"

If you see "Transactions Disabled. Your address is unable to transact using Phantom," your wallet has been restricted due to a violation of Phantom's Terms of Use.

This restriction prevents you from sending or swapping crypto using Phantom. We're unable to provide specific details about individual restrictions.

You still have full access to your assets. To move your funds, follow these steps:

  1. Export your recovery phrase from Phantom at SettingsSecurity & PrivacyShow Recovery Phrase.
  2. Import it into another wallet app, such as Solflare, MetaMask, Rainbow, or Backpack. Refer to that wallet's documentation for import steps. 
  3. Access and move your funds.
