Why am I seeing "Transactions Disabled" in my Phantom wallet?

If you see "Transactions Disabled. Your address is unable to transact using Phantom," your wallet is restricted due to a Terms of Use violation. You cannot send or swap crypto but can export your Secret Recovery Phrase and import it into another wallet to transfer funds.

Warning: Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase with anyone, including Phantom support. Anyone with access to it can control your wallet.

  1. Open Phantom.
  2. Go to SettingsSecurity & PrivacyShow Recovery Phrase.
  3. Import your recovery phrase into another wallet app, such as Solflare, MetaMask, Rainbow, or Backpack. For import steps, refer to that wallet’s documentation.
  4. Transfer your funds.
