Phantom offers support through a ticket-based system. There is no live chat or phone support. All communication with Phantom Support happens via email.
How to contact support
Select the Chat button in the lower-right corner of this page to submit a support ticket.
Submitting your ticket
Answer the questions that follow. If the bot asks you a question, try to be clear and give the bot the information it needs. Some questions may seem unrelated to your issue, but your answers help us collect as much as information as we can to help you. If a question doesn't apply, you can skip it.
After you submit
Once your ticket is submitted, you receive a ticket ID via the chat. A support agent will reach out to you at the email address you provided. If they need additional information, they'll request it. You can reply directly to that email to continue the conversation.

How to stay safe from scammers
Phantom Support will never contact you first. If someone reaches out claiming to be from Phantom, they are a scammer.
Phantom Support will never do the following:
- Send you a direct message on social media.
- Ask for your Secret Recovery Phrase.
- Ask you to transfer funds.
- Request personal information such as passwords or payment details.
Phantom doesn't have a support phone number or public email address. Any contact information claiming otherwise is fraudulent.
