We will never message you directly, request your secret recovery phrase or private keys, or ask you to verify your wallet by connecting to a smart contract. If someone claiming to be Phantom Support asks for any of these, they’re a scammer.
Phantom doesn’t use a support email address or customer service phone number. All support requests must be submitted through the chatbot on help.phantom.com. Always confirm you’re using official links before sharing information or interacting with a site.
