Access your Cash account
Your Cash account is linked to your Phantom profile. To access it, sign in to Phantom using the same method you used when you started using Cash, or another sign-in method you've enabled for that profile.
Sign in to your Cash account #
Open Phantom on your phone. If you're using a new phone, download the Phantom app first.
- Google or Apple: Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used when you started using Cash.
- Recovery phrase or private key: Import your original recovery phrase or private key.
For step-by-step instructions, see Sign in to or import an existing Phantom wallet.
Once you're signed in, tap Cash on the Home tab. If your Cash account is missing, check that you signed in to the correct Phantom profile.
Add more ways to sign in to Cash #
You can import an additional recovery phrase or private key and enable it as a sign-in method for the same Phantom profile. This gives you another way to access your Cash account if you can't use your usual method.

If you lost your phone #
Download Phantom on your new phone and follow the sign-in instructions above. You don't need your old phone if you still have access to your original sign-in method or another one that's enabled for the same profile.
If you can't use your usual sign-in method #
Use another sign-in method that's still enabled for the same profile. For example, if you can't access your Google account, import a recovery phrase or private key you previously enabled.
An enabled sign-in method can still access your profile and Cash account even if its wallet isn't imported on your current device.
If you can't access any enabled sign-in method, contact Phantom Support to understand your options. Phantom Support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
