Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled. No one, including Phantom, can undo them once they are confirmed onchain.
Be cautious of anyone claiming they can recover or reverse a confirmed transaction. This is a common scam.
If you sent funds to an exchange or service
Contact their support team as soon as possible. In some cases they may be able to help. Include your transaction ID and any relevant deposit details when you reach out.
If you sent funds to the wrong address or to a scammer
Recovery is not possible. Phantom cannot retrieve funds sent to addresses you do not control.
