Your 12-word recovery phrase is the only way to restore a wallet that wasn't created using Apple or Google login. A public wallet address can't be used to restore access.
If you're still logged in to Phantom
Export your recovery phrase while you still have access:
- Go to Settings → Security and Privacy → Show Recovery Phrase.
- Follow the prompts and copy your recovery phrase.
- Store it somewhere safe.
Warning: Never share your recovery phrase, private keys, or PIN with anyone, including Phantom Support.
If you no longer have access to Phantom
If you deleted Phantom, lost your device, or are logged out on all devices without a backup, your wallet can't be recovered.
Phantom doesn't store recovery phrases. There's no way to retrieve one after access to the wallet is lost.
