Phantom doesn't store your phone number. If you entered a phone number while using Phantom, it was likely collected by a third-party service—not Phantom itself.
Where your phone number might be stored
- On-ramp providers: Services like MoonPay, Coinbase, or Stripe may collect your phone number during purchases. To update it, contact the provider directly. See Contact information for on-ramp providers.
- Apple or Google account: If you signed up for Phantom using Apple or Google login, your phone number is tied to that account—not Phantom. Update it in your Apple or Google account settings.
- Phantom Cash (KYC): If you completed identity verification for Phantom Cash, that information is held by our verification partner Stripe, not stored in the Phantom app. Contact support.link.com for information.
