If you see a “Failed to get assets” error when opening Phantom, it typically means the app couldn’t connect to the internet to load your wallet data.
Make sure you’re connected to the internet, then try the following:
- Switch to a different Wi-Fi or mobile connection.
- Restart your browser or mobile app.
- Make sure your Phantom extension or app is up to date.
