Track missing tokens across multiple networks
If you’re expecting tokens from a swap or receiving transaction but don’t see them in your wallet, use a blockchain explorer to track them.
How to check for missing tokens
- Solana (SOL): use Solscan, enter your wallet address, and check the Portfolio tab.
- Ethereum (ETH): use Etherscan to view your ETH balance and ERC-20 tokens under the Token section.
- Polygon (POL): use Polygonscan to review wallet transactions and token holdings.
- Base: use Basescan to check transaction history and balances.
- Sui: use Sui Explorer to track Sui-based tokens and transactions.
If the token is missing in the respective explorer, it hasn’t been received in your wallet.
How to track a transaction
-
Obtain the transaction ID: find the transaction ID from your wallet or exchange.
-
Visit the blockchain explorer:
- For Solana, use Solscan
- For Ethereum, use Etherscan
- For Polygon, use Polygonscan
- For Base, use Basescan
- For Sui, use Sui Explorer
-
Enter the transaction ID: paste the ID in the search bar to access transaction details, wallet balances, token holdings, and timestamps.
-
Check for outgoing transactions: if the token isn’t listed in your portfolio, check the transaction history for any outgoing transfers.
-
Verify network and address: ensure the correct recipient address and blockchain network were used for the transaction. Sending tokens to an unsupported network may require using a compatible wallet.
By using these tools, you can efficiently track missing tokens and identify any potential issues with the transaction.
Check for hidden tokens in Phantom
Some tokens may be automatically hidden by Phantom’s security system if they appear suspicious but not outright dangerous. These tokens aren’t removed—they’re hidden from view. You can unhide them manually at any time, and in some cases, they may automatically reappear if they’re later deemed safe.
Collectibles (NFTs) also have a separate hidden list, managed within the Collectibles tab.
View hidden tokens in the browser extension
To view and manage hidden tokens in the Phantom browser extension:
- Scroll to the bottom of your token list and click Manage token list.
- Toggle any hidden tokens back on to make them visible again.
View hidden tokens in the mobile app
To view and manage hidden tokens in the Phantom mobile app:
- On the Tokens tab, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then tap Manage Tokens.
- Toggle any hidden tokens back on to make them visible again.
