Browser extension
Click the clock icon in the lower right to view your token and NFT activity.
Mobile app
Activity is organized by feature:

View transaction details
Open any transaction to view details: date and time, status, and network.
To view the full onchain record, tap View on [explorer] (for example, View on Solscan) at the bottom of the transaction details.
Common issues
I don't see a transaction in Recent Activity
Check a blockchain explorer by searching your wallet address. See View your wallet activity on a blockchain explorer.
Transactions show as pending but already completed
Reinstall Phantom. Make sure to back up your recovery phrase first.
FAQ
Can I delete my transaction history?
No. Transactions are permanently recorded on the blockchain and can't be deleted.
