Common issues

Transaction not showing in activity

Phantom automatically hides spammy transactions from your activity. These are typically small transfers that do not increase your balance and are sent to your address without your involvement. To view hidden transactions:

Browser extension

  1. Go to Recent Activity.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right.
  3. Click View hidden items.

Mobile app

  1. Go to Recent Activity.
  2. Tap the eye icon in the upper right.

You can also view all transactions related to your wallet on a blockchain explorer. See View your transaction history on a blockchain explorer.

Transaction shows as pending but already completed

If a transaction shows as pending in Phantom but appears completed onchain, your local activity view may need to refresh. Reset Phantom and restore the same wallet. For instructions, see Reset the Phantom app.

FAQ
