You can buy tokens in Phantom using Apple Pay, PayPal, a debit or credit card, or a bank transfer. This is sometimes called "on-ramping"—converting traditional currency into crypto.
Phantom connects you with third-party providers like MoonPay, OnMeta, Coinbase Pay, and Robinhood—you're buying from them, not from Phantom. Available providers vary by region.
When you select a quote and complete payment, the provider deposits tokens directly to your wallet.

Tokens are deposited to your wallet once the purchase is complete.
Troubleshooting
If you run into an issue while buying tokens, contact the provider directly. Phantom can't access provider accounts or resolve payment issues. For provider support links, see Contact information for on-ramp providers.
Payment declined or rejected
Banks and card issuers sometimes block crypto purchases. Try a different payment method or provider. If you see a pending charge, contact your bank or the provider to resolve it—Phantom can't release or refund these charges.
Verification or account issues
Providers handle their own verification. If you're having trouble with confirmation codes, login issues, or account updates, contact the provider's support team.
Account blocked by provider
Providers enforce their own compliance rules. Contact the provider's support team to resolve account blocks.
Payment processed but tokens haven't arrived
Processing times vary by provider. If your tokens haven't arrived after the expected time, contact the provider directly. Phantom can't access provider accounts or check order status.
Unexpected fees, limits, or charges
Review the fee breakdown before completing your purchase. For questions about limits or regional restrictions, contact the provider.
