If your wallet shows different balances on mobile and desktop, it’s usually because of how your accounts are set up, which networks are active, or features that are only available on mobile.
Some accounts might not be added on both platforms
You can add multiple accounts to your Phantom wallet. If you’ve added accounts on mobile that you haven’t added to the extension (or the other way around), the balance won’t match—because not all accounts are being counted.
Compare the list of accounts on both platforms to make sure they match:
- Mobile app: Tap your profile avatar in the upper left. You’ll see all your accounts under Your Accounts.
- Browser extension: Click your profile avatar in the upper left to open the sidebar. You’ll see your full account list there.
If something’s missing, you can add it. For instructions, see How to add a new account or wallet to Phantom after initial setup.
Some features are only on mobile
Phantom Cash, Phantom Perps, and Phantom Prediction Markets are only available in the mobile app. Both have separate balances from your main wallet. These balances are included in your total on mobile—but not on desktop.
Some networks might be turned off
Each platform lets you choose which networks are active. If a network (like Ethereum or Bitcoin) is turned off, tokens on that network won’t appear in your balance.
To check your active networks, follow these steps:
- Mobile app: Tap your profile avatar → Settings → Active Networks.
- Browser extension: Click your profile avatar → Settings (gear icon) → Active Networks.
Make sure the same networks are turned on in both places.
