Your Phantom profile includes your username, avatar, bio, and privacy settings. You can also follow other users and view their trading activity.

Access your profile
Mobile app
- Tap your profile avatar in the upper left.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Edit Profile to make changes.
Browser extension
- Click your profile avatar in the upper left.
- Click Settings.
- Click your username at the top.
Set your avatar
You can set an emoji or an NFT from your collection as your profile avatar.
Mobile app
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile.
- Tap your avatar.
- Choose an emoji or select an NFT from your collection.
Alternatively, tap an NFT in your collection and tap Avatar to set it.
Browser extension
- Go to Settings → your username.
- Click your avatar.
- Choose an emoji or select an NFT from your collection.
Alternatively, click an NFT in your collection and click Avatar to set it.
Change your username
You can change your username once every 14 days. See Change your Phantom username.
Edit your bio
Add a short text bio to your profile. This feature is only available on mobile. Other users see your bio when they open your profile.
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile.
- Tap Bio.
- Enter your text and save.
Manage who can see your profile
Control who can see your profile and public addresses.
- Mobile app: Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy.
- Browser extension: Go to Settings → your username → Privacy.

| Private | Your profile is searchable, but others must request permission to follow you. |
| Invisible | Your profile and public addresses are hidden and undiscoverable. |
Manage which addresses are linked to your username
Your username is linked to one address per network. When someone sends crypto to your username, it goes to the address assigned for that network.
- Mobile app: Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy → Public Addresses.
- Browser extension: Go to Settings → your username at the top → Public Addresses.

Follow other traders
You can follow other traders you discover through chats or by searching usernames in the Explore tab. This feature is only available on mobile.
To follow a trader, tap their profile, then tap Follow. You can also tap Send to send tokens to that trader.
When you follow someone, push notifications for their trades are enabled by default. Tap the bell icon to turn notifications off. See Manage push notifications in Phantom.
To unfollow, tap Unfollow on their profile.
View your followers and who you follow
See who follows you and who you follow. This feature is only available on mobile.
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Followers.
- Tap Followers to see people who follow you.
- Tap Following to see people you follow.
View your trading activity
Your profile displays a summary of your trading activity. This feature is only available on mobile.
If you're eligible for perps, you'll see a summary at the top of your profile. Tap Perps to view your volume distribution, overall PnL and volume.
You'll also see your token trades history.
View someone else's activity
When you visit a user's profile, you can see their token trading activity and perps summary (if they've used perps). If a user's profile is set to private will need to send a follow request first.
